Clearing Firm

Westrock Capital Management, Inc. has a contractual agreement with Axos Clearing ("Axos") to serve as our trade execution, custody and clearing firm. This fully disclosed agreement states the responsibilities of each party.   Although client assets are held by Axos, Axos does not have responsibility for the financial condition or performance of our firm or our Financial Consultants.
